Michael Edwards is the Managing Director of Financial Software Ltd. (FSL). Combining his expertise in technology management and people management, Michael is responsible for the company’s next fintech growth stage.

Commercial Officer
Ian’s role involves engaging with both existing and potential clients to facilitate the development of their service requirements through the application of FSL’s servicing and software capabilities.

Finance & Human Resources
Zuzana joined FSL as the Finance & HR Manager in 2013 and became Company Secretary for FSL in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in accountancy and HR, as well as an excellent understanding of compliance.

Information Officer
As Head of Infrastructure, Joe lead the migration of FSL’s infrastructure allowing FSL to further enhance the security, availability and performance of its enterprise application suite.

Preya manages the securities and corporate actions data required for CGiX to be able to provide accurate calculations and the Data Consultancy arm of the business.
