CGiX Technology Roadmap Announcement:
As a result of the feedback we have received from our clients, FSL have launched an online roadmap for the CGiX technical requirements.
This roadmap will be a living document that covers the software requirements to run CGiX both now and in the future. Our goal is to have a rolling two-year view (as a minimum), to ensure you can plan any infrastructure changes well in advanced.
The roadmap can be found in the Customer Portal here.
Should you have any questions or feedback on the roadmap please contact Joe Hughes.
New ORF Sample Data:
The ORF product page on the FSL website includes a free download of sample ORF data. We regularly update the sample data and the latest version is now available.
It is also possible to request a bespoke data sample from the team, as well as a copy of the reports produced by CGiX.

WTax Partnership Announcement
We are excited to announce a new partnership with WTax. This provides FSL customers with access to WTax’s foreign withholding tax (WHT) recovery services. WTax work with wealth managers and private banks to ensure the maximisation of withholding tax recovery for their HNW clients. They do this by taking over the entire process, removing the administration burden from both parties and ensuring that all possible reclaim applications are submitted across multiple jurisdictions – a wholly outsourced service.
By minimising WHT leakage, investors will benefit from increased dividend income and portfolio performance. The ability to recover up to 5 years retrospectively means investment returns can be enhanced by up to 50 basis points. The best part is, as WTax utilise a no-reclaim, no-fee model, any party seeking to utilise their services is guaranteed to experience a net-inflow, without incurring up-front costs.
By using WTax’s optimised WHT recovery process, FSL’s customers can offer their clients a streamlined and efficient recovery solution, while expanding their suite of integrated services.
